The 5770 is a great upgrade for you, and would be my pick.

A new power supply is also needed, like they said. Make sure its from a reputable brand such as Corsair, Antec, PC Power&Cooling, Seasonic, OCZ. 500w sounds about right.

As far as cooling goes, let us know a few options that are within your budget and we'll help you decide. I'm not too sure how the prices are there but a great brand here is Zalman.

So yeah, new PSU new GPU and a cooler for CPU overclocking and you'll be good to go.

Your motherboard has a 16x pcie slot which is all you need. This slot will actually run any graphics card (that isn't the old AGP of course), as long as the power supply is up to the task.

Just make sure you upgrade that PSU along with your GPU and you'll be good to go. :)
