Need some help in building a budget gaming PC

I’m building a budget Gaming PC, it should be able to run GTA V on high to max settings. My specs so far:

CPU – Intel core i3-4130 3.4 GHz – 7500 INR (Indian Rupees)

MB – Gigabyte GA-B85-D3H Motherboard – 6000 INR – Suggest Any other

GPU:
Sapphire Radeon R9 270X VAPOR-X 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card – 15850 INR
OR
Sapphire Radeon R9 270X with Boost OC 2 GB 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card – 14100 INR

RAM – Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM – 5800 INR

HDD – Any 1TB 7200 RPM Internal Hard Drive under 4000 INR

Cabinet - Cooler Master K281 Mid Tower Cabinet – 3500 INR

Suggest a power supply

Total – 42650 INR + Power Supply + any extra stuff = 45000 INR (Max budget)

I think R9 270x should handle games pretty smoothly on high to ultra-settings at 720p. What’s the difference between the two GPUs? They both are R9 270x, so I guess they both should have the same performance. Why there is a price difference? What about the CPU? Will it bottleneck my GPU? Another option is the FX 6300 at the same price. I’m not going to overclock or upgrade anytime soon. Suggest any changes to my specs. Thank you!

go for the vapour x its cooler and a little bit faster get 2x4 gb of ram instead of 1 x8 gb , wd cavierblue 1 tb hdd Rs 3500 ,corsair vs 550 psu rs 3000/- and if u want to overclock your cpu then go for fx 6300 and buy a aftermarket cooler for overclocking like coolermaster hyper 212 evo Rs 2700... hope it helps ..happy gaming

Get a seagate barracuda HDD and for RAM just choose a budget and hunt for the best deal you can get!
