need some help on my memory speed

hi i have an e8400 overclock to 3.81 ghz with a fbs of 424, in the bios of my p35 ds3l the lowest ratio it can go is 2.0 with makes my memory speed 848 mhz, my question is, is there a way to make my memory 800 mhz?
