need some help overclocking

i have a i5 7600k and a gigabyte z270m-h3d motherboard, for some weird reason my bois is somewhat locked down i found a way around this with gigabyte easy tune with it i was able to get my ram from 2133 to 2700 but i can't touch my cpu i know my cpu does 4.6 ghz @ 1.25v if some one has the software and a i5 7600k would you be willing to send a file for a overclock at 4.8 @1.28 and at 1.3v and then 4.9 at those same voltages

Which BIOS are you on? I wouldn't use the app to do an overclock on your system, rather doing it in BIOS, manually. This has been covered in other overclocking guides, overclocking isn't some magical number that you key in and it's off to the races for each exactly similar spec'd machine. Instead you have minor anomalies, silicon lottery and binning being one of the factors.

In retrospect, you should be going through a trial and error basis when it comes to overclocking.

Intel extreme tuning utility, try with that one. (In short Intel XTU).

intel XTU is working i got 5ghz on my first 3 cores and 4.9 on core 4 thanks 1.355v load 71c idel 35c

I think the gigabyte locked out the motherboard from overclocking, same as happened to my H81M-DGS R2.0, could overclock G3258 but with later bioses its locked out, since they don't (On guess) wanna user to blow up motherboard/overheat the VRM's.
