The second has the better processor, no brainer, but I would use a different PSU. Maybe the the Antec HCG 520. More expensive I know, but I wouldn't trust my expensive new parts to a lesser PSU.

Yes BadActor, the second one does have a better processor obviously but the gpu is different in each build.

they are both r380. either go with the 2gb $245 one or the 4gb 960 in my list, it beats them both. $321 for an r380 is crazy.

Its faster, more reliable, draws less power & outputs less heat.

The whole point of AMD is saving $. Youre considering spending more for less.

Yes fair point but according to gpu boss and benchmarks the 380 performs better. And I like Sapphire GPU's.
