Need some help picking out a PSU for under $140

Hi, I'm looking for a decent power supply for under 200 dollars. I would like something with flat ribbon cables, for easy cable management. Something full / partially modular, black (or black and red), at least 750 watts, and an 80+ gold or higher rating. All feedback is appreciated.

Looks good, but anything possibly a little higher than 750 watts, like 850? Maybe something around 120 dollars?
