Question Need some help to check compatibility with obscure parts

Hi guys, I'm building a really stupid PC right now where essentially I want to run dual LGA 3647 Xeons for pretty much no reason other than the fact that they are fun while being surprisingly viable. I do partake in some processor intensive activities, so that was a consideration, but again, this is a just for fun build. Unfortunately, most of the parts I've picked out are not available on PC Parts picker, so I need someone to double check that these are compatible for me.
Motherboard: Tyan Tempest CX S7106 Dual LGA 3647 Intel Xeon Scalable EATX S7106GM2NR https://www.ebay.com/itm/1858621836...ZKZcYAIDo0xVmN0JIhcByprH8=|tkp:Bk9SR5qYkqiHYg

Processors: Intel CD8067303592500 Xeon Gold 6132 2.6GHz 14-Core Processor (Found a seller willing to do two of these for 120 bucks, seems like a steal)

RAM: Patriot Signature Line DDR4 8GB 2666MHz UDIMM Memory Module 1.2 Volt (At least 4 of them, maybe 8) (This is the part I was worried about, The motherboard's website says that the board is compatible with DDR4 ECC RDIMM/RDIMM 3DS/LRDIMM/LRDIMM 3DS 2933/2666 / so I'd assume my 2666 ram DDR4 would be compatible, but I'm not entirely sure how the ECC, RDIMM, or LRDIMM affect compatibility)

GPU: Intel Arc A770

Power Supply: Willing to take recommendations If anyone could point out any catastrophic errors with this parts list, let me know! I understand that this build is stupid, but that's kind of the point. If there is any other glaring issue that would make that wouldn't destroy the build, but would still affect it in a major way., lmk. Thanks!

UDIMM won't work. That is desktop RAM not server RAM. Each of those CPUs is optimized for 6 DIMMs, so you want 12 DIMMs to maximize performance.
ECC -- Error correction
RDIMM -- Registered DIMM
LRDIMM -- Load Reduced DIMM.

You need RAM like this -- https://www.ebay.com/itm/334873738396

I wouldn't recommend that motherboard. It is designed for a 2U server case. That means that you have to have riser cards to connect standard PCIe.

If you want Tyan look for something like this -- https://www.tyan.com/Motherboards_S7100-EX_S7100AGM2NR-EX that supports standard PCIe cards.

Maybe. The thing you have to be VERY wary of is server montherboards sold without the rest of the server. You might fight for weeks or months to get it to boot because it is expecting some custom connection for fans or front panel that you don't have. I am NOT a fan of buying server motherboards without the entire case.
At least buying an industry standard motherboard like a Supermicro, Tyan or Asus you are pretty sure you wont run into any proprietary issues.
 
The owner's manual for the board has instructions on how to remove every part and it seems that upgradability was kept in mind for the tower, so I think I should be fine. I'm going to try to boot with my current GPU 1660, Super, and One stick of ram per processor and hope it works. This is pretty much the only board other than the Tyan in my budget
