Need some help to choose a Motherboard

I got a MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4G Graphics Card and A Seasonic 550W psu, with a Corsair Vengence 4GB 1333 Ram.
Have a intel i5 4590k 3.3ghz processor.
Im looking forward for a motherboard for my budget, which is below $150.
Wanna choose a motherboard from MSI or Gigabyte.

I have in mind is this - GIgabyte G1 Sniper B5 Gaming ( which is very suitable for my budget )

And im looking forward to play games like AC : unity

So, please do Suggest.
