Question Need some help troubleshooting my I buy power pc

Never had a problem with it until I needed to activate secure boot after I finally figured that out a few days after it began literally freezing never had this problem with a pc before and giving me a blue screen then would boot and maybe let me In the bios, now after that I decided to try and reset the pc so I did a reset and after the computer restarted everything turns on and it gets literally frozen at the gigabyte ultradurable motherboard screen and won’t boot or let me in the bios. I just installed new ram and same issue

It boots from the hdd and goes straight to the bios when it’s plugged in and the ssd unplugged bury won’t boot with the ssd plugged in and hdd not plugged in and I didn’t get to choose where to
Install windows yet but it’s a prebuilt and came with it on the pc I want to choose the ssd

And it won’t boot with both of them plugged in it only

Windows is definitely on the ssd

What is the model number of this build and/or can you list complete specs?

I would assume this is while trying to update to W11 given the mention of secure boot?

Yeah, and no I just needed secure boot to play valorant and all I did was try and reset the pc

No. For Valorant you need TPM, which to enable that you need secure boot and a OS drive that's GPT not MBR.

It's quite complicated and you Must follow certain steps to get it straight. You jumped to step 4 and are now getting errors because you skipped steps 1-3 and 5-7 etc.
