Need some help upgrading PC

I bought this computer for quite cheap. Now it isn't for gaming or anything heavy so please don't tell me to get a new PC or what ever I just want it for web browsing and playing HD video on YouTube etc. Just light things.

Currently the specs are:
HP Compaq DX2200
Intel Celeron D 2.20GHz
2Gb RAM
Integrated graphics are based on the ATI Radeon X300 GPU with full OpenGL 2.0 and DirectX 9.0 support

Now because the chipset is a ATI Radeon® XPRESS 200 am right in saying it will support AMD processors with socket 939? Specifically an AMD Athlon 64 x2 4200+ @2.2Ghz?

Also should I upgrade the graphics card or will the integrated be enough? Considering all I want is to play HD video. I also don't to upgrade my PSU so it will have to be a low profile card.

No it does not support AMD cpus. The chipset just runs the motherboard. You have an LGA 775 CPU and the fastest it will support is an Intel® Pentium® D processor 925 dual-core 3.0 GHz.
