Need some help urgent :)

Hello i recently build my first ever pc about a month ago and it was great really smooth but every couple days at random if i was playing a game my pc would go into 100% and become really hot which left the games unplayable due to low fps. I am really looking for some help as this is quite annoying.

My specs

MSI GTX 560Ti twin frozr 2
Amd bulldozer fx4100 3.6ghz
Kingston hyperX 8gb ram
750w power supply
Stock heatsink
Cooler master 311
M5A78L-M LE motherboard

Did you try to reapply the thermal paste? Also, is the processor overclocked?

Check the paste or get a better cooler for the bulldozer.

Do both. Get a good after market heatsink, and reseat the CPU/heatsink assembly.
