need some help will this be enough for low end gaming?

ok so my friend wants me to build her niece a gaming pc but on a budget she thought £60 was a lot (kinda pissed me off) so these are the components she currently has
she has a lga755 motherboard not sure what model and a celeron e1500 with 2gb ram
so i lent her some money and bought a intel q6600 quad core
and a gt 730 2gb along with some other things like wifi dongles and thermal paste
she knows nothing about computers so i told her its decent and she wouldnt have to fork out a lot but shes complaining about spending bloody £60 to upgrade her neices shitty pc so do you think 2gb of ram will be enough for low end gaming like cs go and the sims 2 for now? since i know she wont fork out more for ram thanks in advance

i would try to put a gtx 750 minimu, no idea if you got the bad gt730 that is half of the normal gt730, there is 3 models of gt 730 iirc

for gaming, you need 4 gbs minimum
