Got a link to the card that you'd purchased? Did you make sure your BIOS for the prebuilt is up to date?

Refer to page 83 of the Maintenance and Service guide. There is only 1 usb 2.0 F connector on your motherboard and it is in use supporting the usb 2.0 ports on the front of your computer. So if you want to use the bluetooth function on your wifi card you would have to sacrifice those front usb 2.0 ports in order to free up the F jack.So I have a HP Elitedesk 800 G3 SFF and I bought a Bluetooth card it’s telling me to plug it into a usb-f in the motherboard yet I don’t have one there is a usb_c but it didn’t seem to work if anyone know what I could do thank you
