Need some help with GPU cooling

hello everyone !

currently i'm using a ASUS MATRIX HD7970 video card.

and I'm in need of a new GPU cooler because my stock GPU fan's bearings was totally stuffed, the fan blades wouldnt even move. So i need a after market cooler to cool my card for rest of it life.. And i'm not having much idea about aftermarket GPU cooler...

i looked up and saw 2 VGA coolers that would work with my card...

I would go for the arctic xtreme as it looks damn sexy with 3 fans and its cheaper...you know you can clean your video card out with compressed air...every cooler with a fan can get stuffed with dust you just have to clean your pc out every month of so
