need some help with my pc problems

(following items are 1year old +)
CPU: i5 4590 3.3ghz
GPU: MSI R9 280 3GB OC GDDR5
MB: MSI H97 gaming
PSU: 500W 80+ (GOLD)
SSD: 128gb
(following items are 4years old+)
HDD: 1tb
RAM : 2x4gb
CASING : lancool k59

Problems:
1) Heat trap inside pc (can felt the warm air coming out when opening casing)
might be the "back" fan not functioning very well
2) unknown loud noise when playing graphic demanding game
not sure isit from cpu/gpu fan or from my old hdd

plans:
1)install water cooling
2)change casing
3)change hdd
4)might change GPU to nvidia and support ASUS

Games: BF4(high settings 1080p)
GPU temp: highest hit 81degree
CPU temp: highest hit 70++degree
FAN speed: average 1300rpm~1500rpm(auto);
manual increase fan speed by 60%~80% when gpu temp hit 75degree<
plan to change to gtx770 to play in ultra settings (unsure isit good enough)
unable to check cpu rpm

need advice on
1) suggestion about which water cooling to buy and how to install it
2) suggestion about which casing to buy
3) ideal gpu to play BF4 in ultra settings ( might use for another 2 years)
or should i remain on R9 280

Case: Cooler Master Scout 2
GPU: "GTX 780" or "Raedon HD 7990"

I think these are your queries answers and the rest surely depends upon your budget..
