So a couple of months ago I bought a brand new gpu (3070 ti) and I've been having this problem for awhile now which involves the computer waking up from sleep it will just shut off, on top of that when I go to turn it back on I need to hold the power button for about 3 seconds more just for it to turn on and for some reason sometimes it doenst want to detect the network adapter that's plugged in

Things I've replaced since then
PSU
CPU
COOLER FOR CPU
RAM
AND CASE

Please list the model numbers or series for all current hardware, and the exact model numbers of the old and new power supplies.

What Windows (Or other OS) version are you running and if it's Windows, what is the build version?
Corsair vengeance rgb ram 32 gigs 3200 mhz
corsair h100i elite capellix
corsair psu 850w rm gold modular
Gigabyte 3070 ti oc
500 gb mbw black nvme
500 gb Samsung 970 Evo nvme
Msi strix b550 f wifi mobo
And as of right now the most current version of win 10

I've only ever bought the same power supplys

Agreed asking about cpu etc. it comes to mind that if you’ve not done this already, head out to amd.com and go under support and download the latest chipset drivers as those will probably have some impact on sleep and power modes.
I have already done that aswell was the first thought to come to mind when it first started

I would start by disabling hibernation and see if the problem remains. Honestly, this is a standard procedure I automatically do to EVERY system I work on, since Windows 8.1, because the hibernation and hybrid sleep/fast restart modes have never worked properly on a lot of platforms.

To disable Hibernation:

The first step is to run the command prompt as administrator. In Windows 10, you can do this by right clicking on the start menu and clicking "Command Prompt (Admin)"
Type in "powercfg.exe /h off" without the quotes and press enter. If you typed it in correctly, the cursor will simply start at a new line asking for new input
Now just exit out of command prompt and restart the system

Ok I have that and the system has just shut off while testing to resume

Do you have another graphics card? Did this problem begin only after installing the new graphics card or was it happening before that as well?

I would also try removing all drives except the one the OS is installed on. Also, which slots are your DIMMs installed in? Have you changed anything else during that time or had the CPU cooler off and back on?

Might also try disconnecting ALL of the front panel wiring from the motherboard and powering it on using a flat screwdriver as outlined at the following link to see if perhaps there is something with the front panel mini board causing this. Unlikely, but I see unlikely stuff happen here all the time.

How long has this Windows installation endured? Through many major updates? When was the last time you did a clean install, and by clean install I don't mean a reset, refresh or restore?

This problem really only started after installing the new gpu noticed the day it happened, checked the pcie and there's no signs of damage. And windows install I would say is 3 months old now

And as of right now it's in the 16x pcie slot
