Need some help with this graphics card

I'm looking for a budget card, and I stumbled upon this one. It has the speed and performance I want, but I'm unsure if it supports what I need.

I have a second monitor I'm unable to use due to my current cards limitation. I do not want simultaneous display, but I want 2 outputs so I can game on one monitor and have bbc news, or something else on another monitor. Will this card allow it?

I also have a dvi and vga cable at home, will this allow me to use 2 outputs? Or will I need something else?

All modern cards allow multiple independent displays. VGA is a connector that is only present on very low end cards, you would need a DVI, HDMI or Displayport cable to hook up your monitors. Though chances are good you will get a DVI-VGA adapter with the card.
