Need some help!

Hi!
I'm looking to build my first pc ever and got some help previously picking out some parts.
Here what I have chosen:

I haven't picked a GPU though because i'm not sure at all. I'm looking at the r9 270x but there is many different of them so I'm not sure which to pick!
What do you guys think? Please help me.

1st one is a good value for money 2nd one have good performance considering the price and 3rd one is the best among all the r9 270x and also is the most expensive one...
