Looks good, except the PSU seems to be from a less than reputable brand. You do not want to skimp on the PSU.
Check out these lists: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html
And: http://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=589708

Everything else seems solid. Do keep in mind that a 4790K is kinda overkill for a GTX760, so if you want to save some money you could go with the i5-4690K. At that point you could maybe also get a GTX770 or throw in a SSD without going over budget.

PSU=Power suply?😛

and what you mean i7 4790 is overkill for the graphic card?

cpu is too good for that graphic card?

tnx

Yeahp, he meant power supply unit for the PSU. He meant that you wouldn't be able to take much of your CPU if your GPU isn't as good as it is.

Exactly. When gaming, your CPU would mostly be sitting around waiting for the graphics card to catch up.

And yes, PSU means Power Supply Unit 😉

Hmm, what PSU are you sugesting me to get to meet my pc build requirements?

how about this one : Corsair PSU RM 1000W 80+ Gold Modular?

Can't go wrong with this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151108

The Corsair RM1000 isn't great, it's surprisingly low quality.

Also, for your current system 1000w is utter overkill. You wont need 1000w unless your SLI'ing top-end GPUs or going for more than 2 GPUs. Heck, even 850w is much more then you need, but it will allow you to add another GTX760 (or 770, if you're going with that) down the line.

Otherwise, any PSU from Overclockers.com's list that's over ~600 watts will do just fine.
EDIT: Overclockers.com ' s list I meant. The forum is eating my letters!

EDIT2: Did some quick calculations, even with the 4790K AND the GTX770, plus ludicrous amounts of fans and USB devices, you won't break 500w. 600w will allow for some more longevity (PSUs degrade over time) and give you plenty over OC'ing headroom.
If you want to add another GPU somewhere down the line you'll need 800w to retain that longevity and OC'ing headroom.

List looks good with one exception: the 10K RPM WD HDD. Too expensive, too much noise and too much heat.

I would use a 120GB Samsung 840 Evo SSD + 1TB Seagate Barracuda 64 MB cache 7200RPM HDD.

The SSD would be for OS and frequently used applications, like MS Office, web browser, favorite games and PC Utilities. Everything else would go on the HDD.

I have the 128GB Samsung 840 Pro + 1TB Seagate Barracuda. The SSD is fantastic! The Seagate HDD is quiet, reliable and VERY fast! Great combo!

WIll the SSD apear on my computer like an HDD,and after that i will have the option to choose where to save? ( sry if my questions sounds noobish😀 )

Can i use a Z97 chipset motherboard with a non "K" series proccesor as i am not intend to overclock( have no idea how even if i wanted to)?...i ask this because i am new to all this build thing and i realized i could save some money by choosing an H97 chipset motherboard....but Z97 are realy atractive and offers more!SO can i combine a Z97 motherboard along with an i7 4790 and just dont overclock?

Yes you can!
