This is my current build that I'm putting together for my brother: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mBR7yc
He wants it to look nice "visually" (Black and Red) while still having the top of the line performance for around $1,000-$1,150 bucks. I told him I'm trying to save some good money, and it seems the only way that's possible is to stop worrying about 'aesthetics'. That's what I'm going to do. I guess it would be nice if we could keep all the parts black and red. If any of you peeps could help me get this build as cheap as possible. My only concern is the cooler. I'm planning on overclocking this <language> as far as possible, so I'm not quite sure if an air-cooler can handle that. I want to keep the memory, GPU, CPU, SSD, and maybe the MOBO? that's in the build as of now. Thanks for your help. PS: I'm not sure if it's a good idea to keep the MOBO... or switch it.

Solution
This is the best that it gets if you want to keep the aesthetics without sacrificing much of the performance.
