250gb Samsung evo ssd
corsair H100i

now is it worth it to get a 1000w psu

For the single card, you don't need 1000w, 650 is plenty.

if you plan to go on SLI mode in the futur .... a good 750W psu will be perfect
if you plan to stay with only one gpu ....550W and up will be fine
