i have a dell 755 optiplex with a 2tb hard drive and 8gb memory and no grapics card. i have a standard 280 watt power supply. what can i do too play games like simm city deluxe. what grapics card can i use with and with out up grading power supply!!

Here's also comparison between GMA 3150 and HD 5450. Do note that you have GMA 3100 in your PC and it's weaker than GMA 3150,

HD 5450 is only 20W GPU and your PC can power it just fine. Also, you can game on it. I had HD 5450 in my AMD build (full specs with pics in my sig) before i upgraded my GPU to HD 7770 Ghz Edition.
