Question Need some help

Im using a gtx 2060 gpu
ryzen 7 cpu
mpg x570 gaming edge wifi motherboard
a cx750m power supply and a 220t case

The computer turns on but no display and the mouse and keyboard wont turn on their lights i fear that i somehow damaged the motherboard it self.

yes all fans are spinning and lit up

Your motherboard shouldn be damaged if everything else inside your computer is spinning. Did you plug in your monitor into your gpu or the motherboard?

both i have two cables one laped hdmi the other dp the dp plugs into the graphics card only while the hdmi cord plugs into both.

I just also notices a red light next to the ram text on the mother board is on should i be concerned about that

Nope nothing happens red light still there

first with this cpu you monitor should only be plug in the gpu output and not the onboard one cable at the same time and what is the settiing of monitor on signal input also do you see any led that stay on the borard when it boot or any debug led error code the gpu need power from psu .

There is one red light next to the ram also what cord should be plugged in the hdmi or this dp cord?

try hdmi first for the ram was it on board support list and only use 1 stick as per board manual say for test you try all stick one at the time dont forget to switch power of to interchange them .

Ok i did it and it didnt work the red light switch from ram to cpu now i think thats good.

Back at square one i have a ram red light lit up

since ram led stay on could you have a way to test them in another system since it pass cpu and stop at ram so it wont read gpu and bootalso made sure you dont have any bent pins on cpu or board socket .
