Question Need some help

Hey guys! So when I right click on a folder on my desktop or when I try to save a file to my computer the app that is saving the file crashes. Also, when I right click to an icon on my desktop I think file explorer restarts itself. How can I fix this?

See if this helps

right click start button
choose powershell (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter
once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:

Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth
and press enter

SFC fixes system files, second command cleans image files, re run SFC if it failed to fix all files and restart PC

What files are you saving when the "app" saving it crashes?
New file written in Notepad?
Document file made or changed in some Office program?
Save progress in a game?
A file copied from somewhere?
All of the above?
