Need some help!

So, basically, for the past few days, it's been crazy for me trying to find a card.
The thing is, I have a narra6 motherboard, and I'm REALLY not good with hardware.
Im trying to look for a low end graphics card.

I was looking at the GT 440, GT 340, and the GT 8800.
Can someone tell me which one is the better one?

I have an Athlon II 240 x2 processor
Currently the Geforce 6150SE nForce 430 video card
3072MB ram
and a 300W power supply

I will be using the card for playing stuff like Team Fortress 2, Garry's Mod, and GTA 4.

get a HD 7750 it will demolish those cards ?

7750. The thing sips an excruciatingly low amount of power compared to other cards. As long as you have a PCI-E expansion slot open on your motherboard you're set.
