This is my current build: 8700K, msi armor 1080ti, asus z370-e, Corsair CX750M

I need suggestions on the PSU. Should I upgrade it for overclocking?
Now, I overclock both CPU&GPU and I heard that PSU can hurt my components.
Note that, his PSU is a reused part from my previous system. If I should upgrade, what model would you recommend?

Thank you :]

I personally have always been a big fan of EVGA. I have a 750w for my 8700k / 1080, and it does everything. I've had it for at least 2 years and it still handles all my components.

For overclocking, if you're concerned about it I'd say check your temps now and if they're a little warmer then upgrade, depending on your budget. I think an 850 would be more than just fine for what you're doing. Plus, it never hurts to have a newer product over a used/old one.

Haha, Im sorry. I kinda cheap out on that.

Thanks for your help!

For the temps, my CPU running at high 70c to mid 80c on prime 95.

A quick question, would 750 be fine or I should get 850?

EVGA is so darn to find in Thailand.

Thanks for your answer!

Seasonic is not an option here too. Are corsair PSUs bad?

I'll order RM750x then since I dont need corsair link.

Thank you so much, you guys are awesome!
