i have just bought a new PC with the following configuration, although i have tested a lot many games on the PC and they run a hell lot better with ultra settings.
the monitor that i have is just 60Hz capable, is it advisable to go for a higher 120 Hz monitor ?

also does this graphic card GTX 1660 Ti support 4K as well ?

Intel i5-9400F
Gigabyte-H310M H
Gigabyte GTX 1660ti Twin Fan 6GB
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Kingston A400 120GB
Corsair Veangeance 8GB 2400 Mhz
Smps-Corsair VS450
Case-CM Masterbox MB511
Wifi Card-TP-Link Archer T6E

1660Ti is not meant for 4k gaming, it can run it but at lower FPS and settings.
The power supply in the system is not very good, it's barely at the power requirements for the components and a lower model not made for systems with higher end components. That is normal with pre-builds they cut corners to save a few dollars with low quality power supplies.

I think its pretty unplayable in 4k as you will get around 20-30 in most game as high to medium settings.
I would recommend a 144Hz monitor though as you should be able to hit that frame rate in any game as long as you mess around with your graphical settings.
