So I'm using this program called Speccy to check my system specifications and next to the motherboard part it says 107C and I checked that's roughly 226 Fahrenheit and it's red so I'm assuming that's bad like really bad, so should I be concern and also could that be the reason why my computer and even games freezes and even restart my computer or do I have 2 different issues going on with my computer?

Yes, that is really, really, really bad.

What are your full specs, and be sure to include what CPU cooler you have?
Is this overclocked?

Simple fix, though...I'm thinking it is just a bad install of the existing CPU cooler.

And as for the CPU cooler I don't know which one I have, I'm renting to own this desktop and that wasn't apart of the information that was given and because I'm to poor to be able to buy the parts straight out unless I want to go without an computer for months :l and as I asked in the thread could't that be the cause of my stuff freezing and my computer restarting from freezing and also I don't think it's overclocked unless it came pre overclocked

Rent to own....

It is almost certainly the stock CPU cooler on it.

Anyway, I'm suspecting a poor installation of the CPU cooler. It's not quite seated correctly.
You, or someone, is going to have to open it up and check.

The temp of 107C is absolutely the cause of freezes and needing to restart.

EDIT: But since this is a 'Rent to Own', take it back and make them give you a system that actually works.
(I'll refrain from further comments on the rent to own thing)

Yeah I don't like to rent to own but it's either that or months without an computer whist saving the money up for parts and building my own, the downside of being poor and thanks I'm gonna take my tower in tomorrow and have it checked and hopefully fixed so my computer and games stop freezing, you were a big help and luckily because I'm renting to own this they have to replace anything that's wrong with it, probably the only upside of renting to own stuff
