I would go with getting the Samsung 850 EVO instead of the SSD listed. Right now it comes with 4gb ram free and you can also get another of the same stick for <$30.
The SSD right now is also $50 off and higher preforming and longer lasting than the one listed.

I would add an aftermarket air cooler for the CPU (especially if you're planning to overclock), but other than that I wouldn't change a thing.

Your rig choices are bang on - oomph but not overkill.

Definitely looks good.

The i5-4690K is a fine performer, better cooler gets a thumbs up in
case you decide to push it. I use a Cooler Master TPC-812.

The SSD with RAM is a nice cost bonus.
