Need some quick ssd help

Hey guys so right now at fry's I can get a Intel X25-M 80gb for $30 or I can get a Corsair Force 60gb for $35 I'm leaning towards the Intel one just because its bigger. Also it will only be a boot drive and I plan on getting two of which ever one I get to put in raid 0. So now which one would you recommend and why.

I would get a SSD as large as I could aford instead of messing around with a raid setup , a SSD is fast enough without trying to setup two in raid. I have done the SSD raid thing and was not impressed , you don't get double the speed and it's more like 1.5 and like I said a SSD is fast already.
