Need someone that know whats is wrong.

The pc i'm having problems with is my first real desktop, so i figured i was not experienced enough to build it myself, so i bought a premade one (huge mistake). The problem is that i get pretty bad fps in games, sometimes i get 100 fps on csgo. I figured it is one of the components, but i have no idea which.
Components:
Cooler master G650M 650W
AMD FX-8320
ASUS M5A97 R2.0
Crucial DDR3Ballistix Sport 1600MHz 8gb
MSI Radeon r9 290 Gaming 4gb GDDR5

If anyone could tell me what could be wrong i would appreciate it.

The fps on cs goes from 100- 160 in normal matches. I play on 4:3 1280x960

Prebuilt systems often come with a lot of bloatware that is set to start running when you power on your system. These often unused programs can take up a lot of system resources and network bandwidth.

I'd recommend looking in your Start Up folder and finding out what programs are listed there. If you're running XP, Vista, 7, or 8, you will want to run the program MSCONFIG (from windows start) and click on the Startup tab. If you're running Windows 10, start Task Manager and click on the Startup tab.

DO NOT REMOVE ANYTHING YET. I strongly recommend listing here what programs are listed before you start removing them.

You have an AMD system with Radeon lowish-mid graphics. 100 FPS is what you'll expect, assuming that's medium-max settings for CSGO.
If you're pulling 100 fps on minimum graphics and at non native resolution, then something is wrong.

So there are four programs, FAH, Steelseries engine, update notifier and winzip preloader. Fah is apparently folding at home, a site i have never been on before.. I will wait for you to reply before i delete anything

Anyway, none of those programs in start up should be causing any issues. I would not worry too much about them. Next I would be looking into CPU and RAM usage while gaming. I'm not overly familiar with this, so I'd look for other inputs, but I think you can install a program like HWINFO or MSI Riva Tuner to check your CPU/RAM usage.

The gpu usage spikes alot, something that apparently is normal on amd, but i did not find a fix. Any suggestions?
