Should i change anything or am I good to go? Do I need that much watt? I don't think the motherboard has wifi either? Will this be a nice quite gaming rig?

For your setup you only need 500watt PSU and 700 if you want SLI 2 x 970. I would look at a higher quality PSU than the CX, both XFX and EVGA have good units reasonably priced.

So the Corsair models are not good? I'm just the type of person to like to have as much as possible from the same brand hehe. Since I have corsair fans, ram memory etc

Corsair is good if you go TX,HX and AX anything with C or R is not as good as it could be.

Great to hear. Now the last thing before I press buy button is wifi and bluetooth. How do I get that? I guess I have to get an OS as well hehe

Just get any PCIe or PCI wifi adapter that fits your router I use n adapters 300Mb/s, on the bluetooth you will need something similar.

I just came across this one with both the new wifi and bluetooth 4.0. It was that dongle thing that I guess just hangs but I think it should be ok http://www.intel.se/content/www/se/sv/wireless-products/dual-band-wireless-ac-7260-bluetooth-desktop.html

Yep that will do the job, dongle is basically extended antenna for better reception.

Well then I think it's a wrap! I saw that the dongle is not in stock anywhere though gaaah! I'll just look for another card probably. I know it has to be pci or pci-e not at least. Thanks for all the help dude!
