Need something cheap

Me mum has my old Dell dimmension 4600 Desktop. Has a P4 2.8 oc'ed to 3Ghz, 1.5GB of patriot DDR2 PC3200, Stock 250w PSU, 160GB hdd, and dual layer drives. She has the standard dell 15' Lcd that came free with the computer. I plan to put in a video card, nothing fancy, just to have some graphics better than the 32MB onboard crap. I plan to spend no more than 50 bucks, and leaning towards PCI. If theres a decent AGP card for that price or under, i will go with that as well. Suggestions are always welcome. Thanks.

Best AGP videocard under $50 is a used 9700 PRO or 9800 PRO on ebay, no question.

For the record, a PCI video card will be more expensive, harder to find, and perform much worse than an AGP card.

well i was able to find a 9600pro for 45.95 on newegg on sale. That should be alright just for internet browsing right?
