Need Stabilizer for UPS

I have APC 1100va UPS where my PC is connected. m encountering low volts in my area now a days due to which it goes to battery mode & I have to shutdown the PC even if I have current. what stabilizer i should get and will it will be beneficial?

You need another type of UPS, so-called "On-line", where the load (your PC) is always powered up by batteries, and input AC is used to charge these batteries.

Another option is to use regulated transformer to boost input voltage by eg 20%, but this could be dangerous.
