ok i need step by step help to turn off or to stop port 80 it is preventing me from visiting some websites

Try incognito mode or disable phishing for the minute.

Are u using any pop-up-blocker and have disabled flash or scripts?

tried incognito didnt work, only popup blocker im using is the one that comes with avg and i dont have flash or scripts disabled

Turn off phishing in the browser and AVG..

Most residential ISP's block ports to combat viruses and spam. The most commonly blocked ports are port 80 and port 25
