Need suggestion - combo

hi friends
i shifted my gaming rig to my college so building a new rig.need suggestions on the cpu- mobo combo badly.just one thing-my hd 7850 will be coming within 1 month or later due to shortage of my wallet...so i was hoping if the hd 4000 can handle semi-modern games especially cod mw2 and prototype.and yeah...know that amd apu are kinda better via graphics but i am intel fanboy...so want any ivy i5. the best i can hope is what hd 4k can do.so please help.

budget - 375$ for the combo
mobo should have pcie 3.0 sata 3.0 and usb 3.0 as must
oc / sli / crossfirex not needed

The performance on the Intel HD 4000 are going enough to run a number of games at mid level setting. I would advise that you assign around 1GB of memory to power the graphics if you are going to go with this path.
