New rig going together and I dont know much about mobo's

My cpu is a new e6400 cooled with a Zalman cnps 7000b at full speed (2400rpm)

My memory will be
Corsair (XMS Series)
CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 675 (PC2 5400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16820145015

I will be overclocking the cpu, but not in an extreme manner. I dont see me overclocking memory, as I dont understand it at all and dont understand benefits.

I will not be running SLI video so I think 1 pci e slot should be fine.

I was considering this board
MSI P6N SLI-FI LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16813130082

I am trying to stay in the $120 price range. Less is better, maybe a hair more.

Suggestions?

Thanks

Seeing how you won't be running in SLI then I recommend
the board I'm getting. It's the GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 (rev3.3)
It's a good board. Cool thing is, is you already have RAM
that is supported. If you search around you will find many posts about this board right here at the forumz.

I don't know if Newegg has any left but I do know of two other places that do have them. www.clubit.com and www.pcclub.com.
