Need suggestion for upgrade please

Hi guys,

I am going to sell some components of my current pc, so I need the upgrade.
List of components that I am have now :

I7 2600
Mobo GA Z68X-UD3H-B3
RAM 4x4gb DDR 3 1333mhz PatriotG2
Power Supply Antec Green 650W

Here is what I consider to buy and I want some suggestion which one is better and why

CPU i7 8700k
Motherboard Asus ROG Strix Z370F / MSI Gaming M5 / Aorus Gaming 7 / Asus Maximus X Hero ( Considering the look and looking for the White LED build )
Memory 2x8gb Corsair Dominator Platinum / Corsair 16gb Vengeace LED / Gskill Trident Z 2600-3000Mhz ( Do I need more than 2666 Mhz? )
Power Supply Seasonic M12II 620W 80 Bronze Full Modular / EVGA 550W GD 80 Gold
CPU Liquid Cooler or Air Cooler ? H100i Liquid or etc or just any air cooler with cool white led
Currently have GTX 1060 6GB Gaming X + Samsung 850 Evo SSD.

I only use this PC for gaming and watching movies. Hard gaming such as PUBG, Blade and Soul, Black Desert Online ( Soon ).
Also I will not overclock for now. Maybe in the future.

Get at least 3200MHz kits. You could go for the Cryorig H7 Quad Lumi cooler. A mechanical drive for storage would also come of aid. You might want to pass on your current system's specs for us to understand where you're coming from and where you're going to.

Pick any motherboard of your choosing. Basically personal preference between price/features. All of them are good.

As for RAM, I'd get as fast speed as you can afford. It's always better to have faster speed RAM.

Get the M12ii for PSU, the EVGA GD series is not amazing quality.

For CPU cooler, also kinda your choice. 8700k will run very hot if overclocked. AIOs are easier to install and cool really well for a price premium, the best air coolers cool slightly better but are hard to install. AIOs have the added chance of leaking but the chances of that happening are extremely extremely low. I'd just take an h100i for liquid, and Dark Rock Pro 3 or Noctua NH-D15 for air cooling. If you don't overclock any decent air cooler like H7 Quad Lumi or 212 Evo or Deepcool Gammaxx 400 should work fine.

The thing about RAM is will I achieve the clock speed of the RAM without any tweaking or overclocking? Such as if I buy GSKill Trident Z 3200 will I get the exact speed?

In order to get RAM up to its rated speed you have to enable XMP in your BIOS and manually set the clock speed. It is essentially overclocking and no matter what RAM you pick (aside from 2133MHz RAM) you must do this in order to achieve its rated clock speed.
