need suggestion for windows 8.1 pro X86 OR X64

Hi, i was thinking myself to get a windows 8.1 pro whatever......My pc specs are intel core 2 duo 2.8ghz ram only 2.1gb and amd hd radeon 6670 2gb ddr3 i had been playing many high end games on min-mid settings like bf3 ascreed3 i do not have any plan for getting more ram because its okay my question is if i`d get a win8.1 pro X64 will this affect my game framerate or should i get X86 only for game please answers
