AS 212 EVO is bit costly and will take huge space in my shitty small cabby how is Hyper TX3 ?? i heard and read somewhere long time back that temp difference is 4-5C and price difference is around 1K so is it worth buying ???

My current specs :

fx8320
m5a97 EVO R2.0
7870 Twinfrozr III
Corsair cx500v2
2x2gb dynet + 2x2gb corsair xms3
2x1TB HDD one is seagate and other one is WD Blue

cabinet is cheap stupid Odyssey and is already open still Temp Goes as high as 80 while gaming, a month ago 65was max !
this morning i changed thermal paste as well applied Deepblue z3 but still it goes up to 80 so should i continue using it or buy a cooler ?? Also GPU temp is going up to 77 or so and last question is that is my PSU good enough or i'm risking my pc ??

212evo is much better, but it depend on the case and your budget. If the case can fit and you have the budget, then 212evo is the 1st choice. The next one will be either tx3evo or tx3.
The cx500v2 is not the best one but it is good for hd7870, here is the card review http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/HD_7870_Twin_Frozr/24.html and the fx8320 has the TDP 125W, even you oc it. The power consumption of the system maybe a little bit over 400W.
