Need suggestion on making new rig.

I am going to make a new rig and these are the specs-

MOBO- MSI 970 GAMING Motherboard
Processor- AMD FX 8350 Processor Black Edition
Ram- Corsair Vengeance 4GB x 2
GPU- Asus Strix GTX 970 4GB
Cpu cooler- Cooler Master Hyper 212X Cooler
Cabinet- Cooler master HAF 912
Psu- Cooler Master Thunder 700 Watts
Hdd- WD Caviar Blue 1 TB
Optical drive- Asus DRW-24D3ST DVD Burner

Should i make any changes?

you can get R9 290 gpu a lot cheaper than 970 and it's about the same performance

Yes, use a locked i5 4460 haswell cpu, the asrock anniversary board, forget that power supply (never heard of it,probs junk);

Use an XFX TS 550 instead, gskill 1866 cas 9 ram,
the arctic alpine 11 rev 2 cooler (peanuts)
And come back with the grin that says happy. Unless you happen to perpetually use 1 of the two apps and 4 games the amd chip is better at of course.

How will be the Corsair RM 650 Watt 80 PLUS Gold Certified PSU? Is it good? Can it handle 970?
And ill use 8350 only.
