Need suggestion replacing my old stuff

Hi there guys
Bought some part yesterday for replacing my old gear and i need some oppinion from you about the graphic card+monitor, i am playing online game, and the budget for both item will be around $400-500, and what would be the best i can get for that price range paired with my gear. i live in indonesia so i will purchase the part not from online store.
Currently i have :

- FX-8350
- ASRock 990fx Ext 9
- Gskill TridentX 2x4
- H60
- NZXT Hale82 850w
- Zotac GTX 650 1mb ( old card )
- LG Flatron L1742s ( old monitor )

if it possible the graphic card+monitor will survive 3 or 4 years a head, im playing 6-10 hour a day..thanks guys

Edit : the game i played will facing 50-100 opponent in a relatively small battle area, and some time will be more opponent..full effect skills will be displayed on my screen..my current card can not handle it..i have to re-login every 30 minute or less to refreshing the heavy fps.

Anything is possible for the card and monitor, if they are running OK no need to change it. Although a 17" monitor is pretty small.
