Need suggestion to buy lsi megaraid 9260-8i

I want to buy a raid controller card.I interest lsi megaraid 9260-8i.Few days before.I searched this card in ebay and amazon but I saw price range from 150 $ -500 $.Their package look the same.Low price cards were from china.One seller admited his cards were OEM.Another seller told me that his cards were genuine but warranty had expired.
1.a seller claimed the cards were OEM but it used Lsi logo not dell,ibm etc.Can it be OEM or counterfeit?
2.If It is oem or counterfeit,Is it worth to buy when compare price with quality?
3.how much is genuine lsi megaraid 9260-8i?
4.where can I buy a genuine card from online store?
5.a seller claimed his card was genuine but warranty had expired.Is it possible? because according to avaco website.It starts to count warranty from a customer purchase date not a seller stock date.
6.If a seller sell counterfeit cards from china but print a valid serial number of genuine card.so I will found this serial number in Avaco Tech database.How can I make sure If the card is genuine or oem or couterfeit?

I really doubt there is enough of a market to make counterfeit RAID cards profitable. All the one I saw on Ebay in an itial search looked good. OEM cards won't necessarily have any special markings. All of the cards are made in China. If the seller says they don't have the manufacturer warranty then they don't.
Basically, you should look at the picture (for ebay listings) to make sure it is the card you want. Then look at the seller ratings. If they are selling junk, they won't have a good rating. The quality will be identical-for personal use this is definitely the way to go. If you ran a business and needed the support and planned to buy a bunch, the extra cost might be worth it to buy new from an authorized retailer.
