I'm planning to buy PSU Antec Bp450s is that good for my pc?

Spec: AMD 1200 stock
1tb HDD
Gtx 1060 3gb
8gb RAM
Asus A320mk

I don't know about PSU rail and functions will this work for my pc.

Add up the wattage for all current computer components and any planned additional components. Add 25% to that total wattage.
