Need Suggestions: Best Core i5 2400 3Gb LGA 1155 Gaming Motherboard

Solution
that means it supports the memory you are getting but you are going to need to go into bio's and set it as that speed. and about 90% of CPU's only support 1600 so when you go over 1600 it actually is an Over clock so OC means over clock.
Yah, too many, Im hoping to get suggestions that's best bang for the buck. ill be using this for gaming, requirements are bellow:
1. don't need multiple GPU sockets (one socket will do)
2. must be ready for fast RAM DDR 3 2000+
3. must be PCIe 3.0
4. must have good ratings or feedback, specially regarding heat tolerance and power consumption.

I've never heard of ASRock to be realiable as MSI, ASUS or Intel. Can someone vouch for them? They are a good 60 quid cheaper than other manufacturers.
BTW: what is the difference between ASRock z77 extreme 3/4/6?
