[SOLVED] Need suggestions for a budget graphics card to go with a Ryzen 5 2600...

I'm planning on building a custom gaming rig. And i'm buying everything new except the graphics card.

Planned specs for the rig are:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
16GB 3000MHz RAM
240GB SSD
1TB HDD
550W PSU
Gigabyte B450M DS3H MotherBoard

Just needed suggestions for a Graphics card. I have RX 570, RX 580 and GTX 970 in mind... I want to be sure that i'm getting bang for the buck.

Why not a 3300x or a 3600?
The RX 580 and the GTX 970 are both good choices as long as you find a good deal.
What about a 1060 or a 1650(s)

If you're on a budget you can also get an 1600 AF, 2600 performance for a lesser cost and you'll get more cash for your gpu which is arguably the more crucial part when building a gaming pc.

What is your budget for the GPU and your country? Would help a ton.

I got the ryzen 5 2600 as well i got a rx580 to pair with it. It's a very good budget card. Make sure you get the sapphire nitro+ tho because it runs cooler so you wont hear the fans all the time

I can't advice the 1600AF anymore because of the 3300x that's newer, better and usually cheaper.

Really depends on where your from.
Where i am, the 3300x goes for 140€ while the 1600 AF is 110€

Which ever one is cheaper in your country, go for it imo.

Thats always something to keep an eye out on when dealing with budget builds and helping in gathering the suitable parts for it

The 1600 AF has not been available at a good price for quite a while. I still am upset I did not get two of them when they were under $100. I would go with a 1650 Super for a lower cost build vs a used 580 or 970 card, even if the cost is 60-70 more, over the few years the build will be running the cost is nothing and the benefit to newer architecture and lower noise and heat is worth it. Not to mention new part warranty. Or if used try to get a 1660 super or something on that level. Even a lower end video card like a 1650 Super will be 10-40% faster than the GTX 970 depending on the game.

For a lower level build I may even go with an intel i3 9100F (under $80) or a Ryzen 3 3300X or 3100 and put the money towards a larger SSD and faster video card if there is no way to put another $50 towards a newer video card.
