[SOLVED] Need suggestions for a new graphics card for dual display 4K & 1080p monitors

I don't do gaming, I just want to watch TV on a 24"-32" 4K monitor while I'm doing business on a 19" 1080p monitor

Using an old AMD 9550 QC 2.2GHz.

MB is an MSI MS-7388 (K9A2 CF-F)

6 GB DDR2 DIMM

Current Graphics card is a ATI Radeon HD 4800 Dual DVI

PS is a EVGA G3 750 WATT

Currently I'm using 2- 19" std def displays

For a while I was able to use both monitors at the same time. Then my system started freezing.

I'd prefer a Graphics card that is quiet and would support a MB and chipset upgrade in the future ( for an OG anyway)

Install a gt1030 in the second slot to connect to the tv.

Gt1030 as said on the low end. Or pick up a 1650 if you want something with some power.
