Need Suggestions for a super simple computer

The build Im thinking of should cost no more than $250
I already have a copy of windows.
I'll find some $60 SSD to go with it.
Youtube should be the most intensive thing for this computer.

I'd like suggestions on the main build: mobo/cpu/ram/power.
Should I go for separate mobo and CPU with something like a G1610, or go for something like a J1800 mobo/CPU combo.

I'll probably get everything off newegg.
