I need suggestions for my CPU, Mobo and memory.

My budget is around $1300-1500.

CPU either a 6600K or a 6700K, depending if you want to come in on the high or low side of that budget.
Motherboard I like the Asus Z170-A.

That 850 evo is hugely overpriced. The MSI 1070 is overpriced really too. EVGA NEX psu's are not quality units. A B2, or G2, would be a far better choice.
