Hi there

I need suggestions for good Cooling bay for my HDD, one that can survive at least 2-3 years without making too much noise (but have fans)

I tried a few unfamiliar types and their fans start to make noises after around 3-5 months

then I tried CoolerMaster Cool Drive 6 that have fan with rpm control and it's fan died even faster

I replace it to the same type via warranty (CoolerMaster Cool Drive 6) and didn't touch the rpm settings and it still died faster then the last one...

seem like CoolerMaster Cool Drive 6 is not that good D:

anyone know any good type that can survive for long time while keep silence ?

Thanks

Edit
my HDD does overheat and I want to replace the bay to better good type

You don't need one. There are hardly any out there for purchase because they are useless. Trust me, do not buy one, they are useless. Hard drives produce barely any heat.

Different HDDs produce different heat and can sustain different temps

it also depend on your environment (your country)
and your pc's case

I have poor case and live in a place where it really hot (mostly in summer)

I had different HDDs in this case with fans on them and they reached 50 temp without many issue when I done something such as playing a game

I tried different stuff and eventually was happy with cool bay, my issue was the un-quality fans that love to do annoying noise or die

if you don't want to help me then it fine but if you do please provide me a answer that reply to my question

I don't think that you can get many decent HDD coolers. I would suggest, if your country is very hot, purchasing efficient case fans. If your HDD gets too hot, then your GPU and CPU will be far hotter.

Well they each have their own cooling and seem to be fine

I may exaggerated by saying that my case was poor but it indeed old, but it close and seem to have good air flow on most parts

the OS's HDD is the only part I'm trying to cool

Mattios is right. You don't need to cool your hard drive unless your system experiences excessive heat issues (usually only happens with older SCSI drives).

Statistically hotter drives actually last longer according to most research. Cooling them is a waste of money and electricity.
